Green Boat Raffle for Green River Access Fund

There has never been a better time or reason to support the Green River Access Fund! Dagger has donated a brand new Green Boat and we are raffling it off at the premiere of LVM 32, “Glory Seeking $@!% Runner!” Tickets are only $10 and available at greenrace.lvmvideo.com or at the Premiere. We aren’t shipping this 12′ beast so unless you are just donating your $10 to The Access Fund, which is fine, you MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. Online raffle ticket purchases end 12PM Thursday, Nov 5th. Get as many chances as you want!

Love the idea. But why do you have to be present to win? I doubt I’ll be in Asheville on a Thursday night and I’m pretty sure plenty of other folks won’t be either that would still like to a) help out the access fund and b) win a frickin’ green boat.

Couldn’t you raffle it off and give the winner a chance to come pick it up? Might be worth a drive for someone if there’s a free green boat waiting at the other end and plenty of people will be in town that weekend for the race. Just my $0.02.

We hear ya, maybe you can get a friend to pick it up for you if you win. Next time we may restructure the details, but for now we hope to see you at the premiere.

I’m with “must be present?”. You would sell a lot more tickets and raise more money if the winner could just be notified and pick it up. A LOT of folks who run the green can’t make it to your premier. You are limiting your fundraising to a pretty local group who already pay $60 for a green key. Please make it easy for folks to have a reason (free green boat) to support this worthy cause.
